What kind of release would have to be obtained by our clients in this case if it is client work?
Hi Wendy, We require that a model release be signed and on file with you for any individuals featured in featured images. We don’t need a copy of them, we just need to know that they are on file with you before we use their likeness in any marketing or trade show efforts.
