Do I need to assemble my Gallery Block™?
No, your Gallery Block™ ships to you with no assembly necessary! It will be ready to hang , flush to the wall, straight out of the box!
How do I hang my Gallery Block™?
We highly recommend using our “Hanging Hardware” easy-to-level kit, which comes with (1) hanging bracket, (2) dry-wall screws and a set of hanging instructions.
What type of paper is my Gallery Block™ printed on?
Kodak Professional Endura Metallic Paper is used. It is then finished with a professional laminate that gives it extra protection and shine.
What is the difference between a Gallery Block™ and a Canvas Wrap?
A Gallery Block is a professional grade photographic print adhered to wood and then laminated to insure no wearing, tearing or peeling. Each Gallery Block™ has clean, crisp 90° angles, and no folded corner flaps, like Canvas Wraps!
How do I clean my Gallery Block™?
The entire Gallery Block™ can be wiped clean with a clean, damp cloth.
Do you have a Catalog?
Yes, we have three versions of our catalog. Please log in or sign up for an account to view.

How do I place an order?

What file guidelines does your ordering software require?
-300 dpi resolution
-8-bit color depth
-sRGB color space (we are happy to provide you with our ICC profile)
-TIFF files must not be layered
-25 character filename limit
-NO special characters, excluding hyphen (-) and underscore (_)
Can I design my own custom Gallery Block™ template?
Yes, you can easily design your own custom Gallery Block™ template. Check out our "Design Library" where you will find individual Gallery Block™ templates of all designs you see on this site. These can also be used to create your own custom artwork. Within the “Design Library” you will also find easy to follow step-by-step directions.
Do you offer instructions on designing your own Gallery Block™ Templates?
We sure do, simply click here to access our Design Library. Download PDF documents with information on manipulating PSD files, resizing images, placing images into templates and adding your own custom edging to Gallery Blocks™.
What is your turnaround time?
Your order will ship within 7-10 business days
Do you offer discounted studio samples?
We certainly do! We currently offer a 30% watermarked “Studio Sample” discount. To apply the discount simply navigate to the options section in ROES and select the box for studio sample for each Gallery Block™ you would like the discount applied to.
Can I choose where the watermark is placed on my studio sample Gallery Block™?
The watermarks are unable to be edited, rotated or removed from the studio sample Gallery Blocks™. The same way in which you view the watermark within ROES will be the same way in which the Gallery Block™ will print and arrive at your doorstep.
Do I need to fill in every floating block template that is laid out in ROES?
No, if you do not drag a photo into the space provided for a floating block template, then that block will not appear on your Gallery Block™ when manufactured.
Can I customize my own size Gallery Block™?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not accepting custom orders.
How do I know if my order has been received?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that has your ROES order number. If for some reason you do not receive your email confirmation within 24-hours of order placement, please contact our customer service line at 855.278.7926 or email us at info@artsycouture.com.
Can anyone order from Artsy Couture?
Artsy Couture is for professional photographers only.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, due to the uniqueness of this product, we are not able to cancel orders.
SHIPPING
What is your shipping method?
All Gallery blocks will arrive by FedEx Ground.
Do you accept rush orders?
We do not accept rush orders at this time, but will be adding that option in the near future.
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
If you currently live outside of the United States, please contact us directly at info@artsycouture.com and we’d be happy to supply you with a custom shipping quote.
